Care That Adjusts With You
Every plan starts with a full evaluation. We look at how things are going at work, at home and in your relationships, explain what we see in plain language, and choose the treatment that fits — medication, therapy-informed skills, or both together. A diagnosis is the start of care, not the end of it. As your history, stressors and goals change, the plan changes with them.

Our Approach
Integrated, Therapy-Informed Psychiatry
We do not split medication and therapy across separate providers. Our nurse practitioners deliver both in the same visit — medication management informed by CBT principles, supportive conversation, and practical skills you can use between appointments.
This integrated model means your prescriber knows your therapy goals, and your therapy is informed by your medication response. No disjointed care, no competing treatment plans, no gaps in communication.
- Full psychiatric evaluation in your first visit
- Medication chosen collaboratively, not prescribed by default
- CBT-informed skills taught alongside medication management
- Follow-up visits that check progress and adjust the plan
- Secure telehealth across Chicago and all of Illinois
- Insurance accepted — we verify benefits before your visit
